Lynne McTaggart’s Power of Eight
Connecting and Healing through the Power of Eight®
Governments around the world are telling us to ‘self-isolate’ – to stay home from all our usual gatherings and social activities.
I know from my research that isolation and lack of connection can lower the immune system, so I have started this special group page: Connecting and Healing through the Power of Eight®, to provide daily uplifting memes and suggestions for these challenging times.
I’ll also help and encourage you to set up Power of Eight® groups with people in your time zones so that if you can’t go out at present, you have a lovely group of new friends to support and connect with you.
Already loads of people have joined this group and are busy setting up their Power of Eight® groups.
A Power of Eight® group is the best way to stay connected and stay positive! Feel free to ask if people on these pages in your time zone want to meet up virtually. And, by the way, it’s free!

Free souls
Are you a free soul?

“In all periods, and in all cultures, men and women have lived at the margins of their “world,” and have chosen to push back the frontiers of the commonplace and break through into the mysterious. These individuals have asked themselves fundamental questions, the same ones that still occupy our minds. Where does Humanity come from? What is the reason for our existence? In what direction, and towards what goal, are we heading? Those who have asked themselves these questions have had what may be called a “mystical awakening.” Such questioning has often been experienced, but is only rarely spoken of, for fear of being judged, misunderstood, or even ill-treated; but on occasion it has managed to make real sense for those I shall call “free souls,” among them Rosicrucians, now, just as in the past.” Christian Bernard

Jolly Molly struggling
Ian’s dog, Jolly Molly, had a difficult Saturday and Sunday. Monday to VCA Tri-County Animal Hospital. She hasn’t been able to stand up since Saturday afternoon. Veterinarian is kind and knowledgeable. I think , “Wouldn’t it be lovely if all creatures had a life span equal to their vital life span?” We were allowed to spend the night in the RV outside the Animal Hospital while Molly spent the night inside. This morning she tried to stand up, but couldn’t. Her spine is fused together and must be quite painful according to the Vet. Will find out more shortly. I learn more of passing on with each encounter with death. Trying to embrace the passing on as just that, no more no less. When my Mom was passing on, I fought it with all of my being. With my Dad’s passing I had spiritual guidance that assisted me so I wasn’t fighting so hard against it. Perhaps I can grow in wisdom enough to accept those things I cannot change, like passing on, with love in my heart.

A mink ran by the RV door this morning! How cool is that? I wasn’t quick enough on the camera, but I will attach a link here for a video for the American Mink. 😘

100819: Cruising the Nile River -Egypt
Cruise ship left around 1:30 pm today-I am awed to be on the Nile. The 100 degree temperature is moderated by the pool which is atop the ship and the ship’s interior air conditioning. Stopped at alabaster artisan’s today to learn of the art of creating alabaster objects and to find fluorescent stones in Egypt. Earlier we saw magnificent hieroglyphs. Our group is a delightful mixture of individuals who make for a good and fun time. Our guides are soooo knowledgeable, answering our many questions with patience and explicit answers. It helps to have an assortment of delicious food, also. I’m actually here exploring Egypt’s ancient wonders while living in its current time-grateful I am-and awed! [purchased Wi-Fi so I could post]!
