Delicious 😋 homemade chicken corn soup, tomatoes with seasoned mozzarella, crackers and cheese by Chef/host Glenn and Whoopie pies with double chocolate and salted caramel ice cream for desserts on Saturday with host Glenn, Cousin Val, Barry and Tricia! Yummy food with fun chatting, too. Thank you Glenn-and for the beauty of your gardens, too! Then off to community theatre in Ephrata for “Picnic”, an old, yet powerfully relatable, Pulitzer Prize-winning production. The play was relatable to me as the experienced expression of young love, as the experienced expression of a single mom, and also to the single and older woman I am today. I highly recommend it to all, as the male roles equally held a connection to those of the male gender with whom I had interacted over the years. The times were different, yet the basic tendencies of humans don’t change as much. Try it, you’ll like it!
Sunday morning to Metaphysical Chapel for a meaningful worship service and wonderful messages. The homily led us to stay in touch with departed loved ones on a daily basis, as their love still surrounds us. Uplifting, indeed! Hoping that your lives are being uplifted, too-to which I offer a short video of fish swimming about at “That Fish Place” in Lancaster!
