Ancient Egyptian Prayer

Hail to you, Osiris, Lord of eternity,
Whose heart is calm amidst the chaos of the world.
You who have passed through the trials of death and rebirth,
Teach us the secrets of serenity and inner balance.

Grant us the strength to navigate life’s challenges,
And the wisdom to find peace amidst the storms.
May our hearts be as light as a feather,
Free from the burdens that weigh us down.

O Ptah, creator and sustainer of all things,
Guide us on the path of Ma’at, the divine order.
Help us align our thoughts, words, and actions,
That we may walk in harmony and find inner peace.

In the embrace of Hathor, the loving mother,
May we find solace and comfort in her nurturing arms.
Grant us the sweetness of her music,
And let it soothe our troubled hearts.

O Thoth, the wise and eloquent,
Unveil the mysteries of inner tranquility.
Illuminate our minds with your divine knowledge,
That we may find clarity amidst confusion.

As we stand before the sacred flame,
May its light dispel the shadows of doubt and fear.
May it ignite the fire of peace within us,
And fill our beings with its gentle warmth.

Free Will Choices

“The mystic does everything they can to cultivate and maintain four primary virtues, and thus warrant being called a mystic: understanding, service, compassion, and love. These virtues all flow into one another, and end up merging into a perfect unity and forming one entity, thus moving us closer to the “Rose-Croix” state. But the road is long, and the ascent an arduous one, with its tests like so many stones on the path. Willpower, perseverance, and trust are three further virtues that need to be manifested, if we wish to achieve our spiritual elevation. We can do this together under the aegis of the sacred symbol of the Rose-Cross, and thanks to all the experiences – pleasant and unpleasant – that we have already lived through, and will continue to live through. This choice is ours, for we have our free will.” Christian Bernard

Steps

“In practical living Illumination follows both Intuition and Idealism. Our intuition helps us to form a series of steps to climb. Each step in turn is an ideal; each ideal is more advanced, and more satisfying to our highest psychic self. An ideal may start with health, with personal well-being. Then it may advance to a consideration of the welfare of others, the service of society and then gradually broaden with greater understanding. The idealism prepares the consciousness for Illumination.” Ralph M. Lewis
